Unfortunately, effective Friday September 1, 2023 Beyond The Meadows is closed and will no longer be seeing clients.

This decision was not taken lightly. After exercising extraordinary efforts to remain operational, Beyond the Meadows, PLLC exhausted all of its resources and was forced to immediately close its doors
at all locations.

The proximate cause of our closing has been the failure of our major insurance providers to pay our invoices for services rendered. Without this funding, it was impossible for us to continue operations.

RECORD REQUEST

All records will be maintained for a period of 7 years. This will be from September 1, 2023-September 1, 2030. After which records will be destroyed.

If you need records please email contactus@beyondthemeadows.com. Please allow 5-7 business days to get a response to requests. However, most requests are completed within 3 business days.

A release of information will be required to send records to another provider like a new therapist, medication provider, PCP, DCYF etc.

If you request your own records, legally you will only be able to access the intake and treatment plan as the therapy notes are more protected with potentially sensitive information. Please see the learn more link for information as to why.
